I have over 20 years’ experience in Business Analyst roles across major DWP Programmes, ranging from large, complex Programmes such as the Central Payment System (CPS) or Universal Credit (UC) to individual changes and fixes to established systems. For several years I have managed, mentored and coached junior Analysts, helping to develop their skills in eliciting requirements, process analysis, development and modelling and the DWP change lifecycle. I have built, and maintain, an extensive cross-functional network of stakeholders and colleagues within DWP based on a strong track record of delivery of outcomes and sharing best practise.
