As the Director of Finance and Accounting at ?What If! Responsibilities:• Partner with the USA leadership team providing input and support for the vision and strategic direction of the company,• Preparation of monthly and yearly reporting package for submission to the board,• Presentation of financial results to the USA leadership team,• Lead the Finance and Accounting team providing FP&A and controller functions across the North American business,• Align the Company's financial agenda to revenue and EBITDA growth targets,• Negotiate and draft client MSA's and SOW's and work with outside counsel as needed,• Act as the primary commercial engine support to the Sales cycle,• Developed a team structure to enable the finance, accounting and operation team to be in a position to provide greater value adding support,• Oversee CRM tool (Quickbase) implementation, management and education; and• Manage relationships with external partners, including lawyers, tax advisors, insurers, auditors and bank managers.
