I ​I joined Sling & Stone as employee number 10 in 2014 and have scaled our business to a global team launch​ing offices in Auckland, Los Angeles and Singapore, and grow​ing our client ​portfolio to include the world's most ambitious brands shaping the future.Along the way I transitioned from PR Client Service to leading our global Operations and People functions, develop​ing of our agency’s systems, processes​, policies, and tools to ensure that as we scale we don’t just grow, but grow in the right way.​ I wear many hats, and no two days are the same. I touch every single area of our business from strategy & planning, to talent attraction & retention, developing our people programs​ and benefits, to resource management, commercial planning, learning & development, internal communications, marketing, international expansion, service growth and more.
