This position invovled me keeping a high level of standards of food and beverage services to any of our guests whether they be staying in the hotel or walking through our doors, as well as to keep on top of any training through sheildyourself that needs doing on new and older members of staff that we had. Making sure service ran smoothy, doing stock takes on any crockery and cutlery and ordering anything that I needed. Building a strong rapport with any of our regular guests (or any guest for that matter) that we have staying with us in the hotel to make them feel like their just at home.I have worked both Front of house as well as the bar and have general cocktail knowledge.

I was formly a crew member from the age of 16 and worked toward my promotion in 2010. This invovled in training new members of staff on our standard of procedures as well as our older members of staff. Training them on any new up and coming promotion and standard of procedures on them.
