Managing a heavy portfolio of various governmental departments, I deal with a mass of different enquiries finding venues up and down the country. In this role, I work closely with the client to find exactly what they need for their event, meeting or conference and tailor their enquiry to find the ideal venue. We are lucky enough to work closely with venues in the United Kingdom who aid us to increase our product knowledge of the meeting and events industry and aim to attain as much business as possible. Knowledge is a huge asset in this type of role and working closely with venues is a huge benefit as we get to find out more about their brand and what they have to offer. During the past months, I can certainly say my knowledge of the industry has increased significantly as I have a good understanding of the capabilities of various different venues and how they would be best suited for my clients needs. Working with Showsec International has with out a doubt been the most enjoyable position I have had to date. I have worked at several venues covering several events in order to provide and security to the general public and to provide amazing customer service whenever needed, ,making sure the customer has the most perfect experience.
