This year I was promoted in advance of the Park opening, to Supervisor. My development has included a further understanding of stock management; stock control; ordering of stock; creating COVID-19 riskassessments for our department; and I was tasked with reviewing and updating our department cleaning schedules.Since the re-opening of Landmark Forest Adventure Park, I have taken on further responsibilities. Thishas included solely maintaining PPE stock levels during the Park operation under COVID-19 regulations.This has given me firsthand experience of stock management, reporting procedures and how to controldistribution while always ensuring that there was a base level of stock.At Landmark I renewed my first-aid certificate and was trained to perform first-aid safely duringCOVID-19. This certification will last until 2022

When I turned 18, I was promoted to Key Worker. This role included delegating tasks to other teammembers and in the absence of a supervisor I would step into this role and manage the shift. I hadresponsibility for the catering of groups which could be upwards of 200 people alongside the visitorswithin the park. In this role I also gained experience in receiving feedback and complaints and learnedthe necessity of resolving where possible and passing on relevant information.In my first year of becoming a key worker I was trained in First Aid. My certificate ran from 2017-2019and is due to be renewed this season.At Landmark I am trained as an Incident Coordinator for both, lost children and first aid.At the beginning of each season I assist in the induction and training of all new team members. Duringthe season I assist in overseeing the performance and development of individual team membersDuring this period, I learned about stock control and stock ordering.In my final year as a key worker we had a second department known as the Doughnut Shack where I was required to remotely oversee the operation of a sub-department located in another area of the park.

Behind thescene we had to keep all areas full stocked. I also had responsibilities for completing daily and weeklycleaning tasks.When I turned 16, I was trained in banking’s at the end of busy days.
