Kieran is the Head of Economic Development and Enterprise at Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Carlow, a service of Carlow County Council that supports and advises entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses in the county. He has over 20 years of experience in the Enterprise Development sector, leading a team of professionals who promote economic development and innovation in the region.He has a strong background in business development, marketing, customer relationship management, and information technology, having worked in various roles and sectors before joining LEO Carlow. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Co-operative and Social Enterprise from University College Cork and a Postgraduate Diploma in European Studies from the European Institute of Communications. He is passionate about fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and social responsibility in Carlow and beyond.
