I'm leading the vision and design to aggregate multiple siloed systems into a Dynamics/PowerApp Dataverse CRM system for the various divisions across the Musgrave group. This will create a single customer view connecting to all available data points to enable data driven decisions. This is a significant organisational change for the group as they embrace SaaS systems to drive rapid development of new systems.
