I'm leading the vision and design to aggregate multiple siloed systems into a Dynamics/PowerApp Dataverse CRM system for the various divisions across the Musgrave group. This will create a single customer view connecting to all available data points to enable data driven decisions. This is a significant organisational change for the group as they embrace SaaS systems to drive rapid development of new systems.

I saw that many businesses had significant gaps between the capabilities of their IT systems and the roles their staff fulfilled. In order to make those staff more productive the IT gaps needed to be plugged. I have a fundamental belief, proven by practice, that customised software solutions can deliver major productivity improvements to businesses.
