Manage customer rebates and sponsorship set-ups and payments in the Coke Florida region using MARS and other systems. Perform month-end and ad hoc reporting that monitors retro payments, GL balancing, ARTM payments, Accrued vs. Paid, Deferred Marketing, Pipeline Accruals and Journal Entries. Collaborate with Sales, PGM, Finance, Pricing and CapGemini to optimize processes. Provide support for internal and external auditors. Develop, coach and guide team members.

Foster relationships with Bottling Clients to include Revenue Growth Management teams across the US and Canada, assisting with strategies for Pricing Submissions and provide guidance to the Client based on customer channel bundles, location and pricing trends. Continue to act as a consultant in a supporting role for our bottling partners and manage team of 11 Financial Analysts and 6 Price Execution Specialists.

Responsible for managing pricing for all of the Legacy Great Lakes Region local customers. Successfully re-organized job duties ensuring tasks were appropriately leveraged assisting in the overall career growth of Pricing Coordinators. Decreased research time and increased efficiency by training team to run queries through Access. Conducted disciplinary action when appropriate for both Legacy Great Lakes and Midwest teams. Analyzed deposits for Michigan accounts on monthly basis, including pricelist verification, deposit adjustment additions, etc.

Created presentations based on financial data pulled from various tools to monitor deductions taken by customers. Helped with managing the workload distributed to the deductions analysts in Guatemala, India and CCR. Assisted in working with the lead managers overseas to help with the transition from Guatemala to India and from India to CCR. Provided accurate reporting/presentations to be used for the 100pt Club to provide an overview of the Deductions department to the entire Brandon Campus at CCR. Implemented a new Branch Analysis project to clear branch account deductions by serving as the liaison between the field and CapGemini.

Analyzed and maintained the CBU database in BASIS to increase the accuracy of customer data in Outlet Master (OM). Performed analysis for realignments across and within BASIS companies. Led the creation of a Suppression Routine SOP to clean the database of any accounts that were not active. Created the standardized trade groups for the Club Coke Program 2009 for half of NABU. Assisted the CapGemini outsourcing team daily to keep the tax database and XI fields correct. Lead the analyst team on the spool file distribution cleanup of NABU before the depletion of Panagon.

Helped with the consolidation of the WBU in October 2007 and GLBU in July 2007. Trained, developed and mentored new hires as they came on board to help with the transition of the new BUs. Mass maintained Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) program for Los Angeles and Northern California Market Units. Developed relationships with Key Account Managers in order to maintain their accounts efficiently and accurately according to Sarbanes-Oxley.

Reviewed, input and monitored Great Lakes Business Unit Education Trade Letters and protected pricing activity against approved pricing. Maintained article grouping lists for National and Electronic (EDI) accounts in Article Master (AM).
