• Provides weekly outreach to all assigned cases; manages 5 to 15 cases weekly• Facilitates daily intake/orientation for clients enrolling in program referred by Case Managers• Assists clients with identifying employment goals, resume writing, employment applications, interviewing skills, job search, and job retention strategies• Completes employment screenings, job plans, and referrals to outside employment partners• Provides guidance and identifies options in self-sufficiency planning process; collaborates to identify short and long-term goals and provide additional services as needed while in shelter• Responds to and follows up on all inquiries from clients regarding informational sessions, recruitment events, match, and outreach events• Documents all case management outcomes in tracking system in a timely manner• Organizes and hosts Job Fairs for shelter clients; engages with local employers

13 years working in Case Management and Social work I have gained multiple interpersonal skills I consider myself hardworking, goal oriented, and a quick learner with eagerness/ability to identify challenges and implement solutions. I have had to opportunity to improve my communication skills and my interaction with individuals. In addition, I have had the opportunity to handle multiple projects concurrently and work on my organizational skills. This has given me confidence in myself as a mentor to my peers and an asset to any position I fill.
