I am an Assistant professor at UIC, Chinna, and have worked for the past 8 years in academia. I got a PhD degree of Organizational Behavior at the Gatton College of Business and Economics, Master degree and Bachelor degree of Business administration from Yonsei University. My main research interest centers on leadership and HR using social network analysis and methodology. My work appears in Evidence-Based HRM, Asian Business and Management, Management Research Review, Frontiers in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, and Current Psychology. In terms of teaching, I am an expert on Undergraduate teaching and so comfortable with teaching several courses such as OB, Research method, Business communication, HRM, Social networks, creativity and innovation, and leadership. Outside of work and academia, I enjoy listening to classical music, walking with my wife, and reading books. In short, I am a man of passion for teaching, experiences, and challenges!
