Professional Experience:C-Sema (2008 - Present) Founder and Chief Executive: - (i) Developed and implemented organisation’s visionary strategic plans that led to the establishment of the National Child Helpline, which now receives up to 3,597+ contacts (cases) every day.(ii) Negotiated and secured official agreements with the governments of Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar to ensure that victims of violence against children and gender-based violence receive support from formal service providers.(iii) Successfully developed and executed a plan to consistently increase the organisation's budget, resulting in an annual budget of over $1M.(iv) Established a multidisciplinary team of professionals in social welfare, nutrition, mental health, justice, early childhood development, and sexual reproductive health to ensure the highest quality of services to children, young people, and women.Tanzania Child Online Protection Taskforce (2015 - Present) - Secretariat: -(v) Took a leading role in establishing the Tanzania Child Online Protection Taskforce, which secured government endorsement to join the #WeProtect global alliance in the effort to end violence against children. Additionally, collaborated with the UK-based Internet Watch Foundation to set up a portal to remove child sexual abuse materials.(vi) Partnered with ECPAT International to carry out a comprehensive study on online child sexual abuse and exploitation at the national level.Missing Children Tanzania (2020 - Present) Founder and Chairperson: -(vii) Collaborated with ICMEC Founded Missing Children Tanzania to raise awareness and provide critical assistance to families struggling with the disappearance of their children.(viii) Developed a comprehensive database and network of partners to track missing children and provide support to families

Founded a small company that supplied Tigo Tanzania's Lake Zone sales team with breakfast for slightly about 3 years. The proceeds from this business helped purchase my first car. I was so proud / I am; of this accomplishment - to this day:)
