Current• Team Leadership: Leading, motivating and managing a staffing team, providing coaching, ongoing feedback, mentoring and advice to support quality client service delivery, skill development, continuous improvement, and performance appraisals.• Oversee the workforce needs of the multiple practices/facilities that I manage. • Workforce Capacity and Capability Planning: I forecast and plan the future staffing requirements, managing staff movements, deployments, leave management, absences etc., and ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes an onboarding processes.• Rostering: Creating and maintaining employee schedules, ensuring that shifts are staffed according to labor laws and organisational procedures. Working with HR and Employee Management Software with rostering functionalities.• Tracking Time and Attendance: Responsible for tracking time and attendance, managing absences, and communicating shift changes. • Timesheet Approvals: Responsible for approving employee timesheet.• Leave Management and Approval • Initiate rostering process improvement ideas. • Managing and prioritizing conflicting priorities for people, culture and workforce requirements of diverse clients and business stakeholders, while meeting critical time deadlines in a complex and dynamic business environment.
