- Workforce Capacity and Capability Planning: I forecast and plan the future staffing requirements, managing staff movements, deployments, leave management, absences etc., and ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
- Rostering: Creating and maintaining employee schedules, ensuring that shifts are staffed according to labor laws and organisational procedures. Working with HR and Employee Management Software with rostering.
- Tracking Time and Attendance: Responsible for tracking time and attendance, managing absences, and communicating shift changes.
- Timesheet Approvals: Responsible for approving employee timesheet.
