She was named the 2017 Wells Fargo North Central Regional Principal of the Year for outstanding results in boosting student achievement and improving school culture in a Title 1 school.As Director of Project Enlightenment at Wake County Public School System (WCPSS), Kiley leads the implementation and evaluation of programs and services that support the development and learning of children from birth to kindergarten. Kiley has over 18 years of experience in education and a passion for providing high-quality early childhood education opportunities for all students and families in our district.Her core competencies include curriculum, instructional improvement, exceptional children services, academically gifted services, and student support services. She possesses a strong background in strategic planning, leading change, multi-tiered systems of support, data-analysis, and social-emotional learning. In her previous roles as a Principal and Executive Director, Kiley collaborated effectively with stakeholders across the education system and led several initiatives that improved student outcomes, staff retention, and school culture.
