• Created the Victory staff training program which included building and managing the budget, determining topics to be covered, building the schedule, developing the material and presenting at the trainings • Trained more than 450 Victory staff over the course of 21 trainings for the 2012 Presidential election cycle who were deployed to 14 battleground states across the county including CO, FL, IA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NM , NV, OH, PA, VA & WI• Facilitated trainings for more than 350 Campaign Managers and Finance Directors who work on campaigns across on the county from State Legislative races to targeted Top Tier Congressional races• Cultivated and maintained relationships with political consultants and vendors in fields such as polling, political mail, micro targeting, media buying, and fundraising to present at various RNC campaign schools such as Campaign Management College, Campaign Finance College, Victory Schools, Field Schools and Communication Colleges • Negotiated contracts with vendors and coordinated with RNC departments on approval and payment• Maintained the Political Education online ‘Wiki’ site, providing past graduates with access to training materials and supporter materials for their field operations

• Lead the development and implementation of an integrated and strategic fundraising plan to achieve revenue goals on a national level• Manage high level corporate recruitment of new members and cultivate relationships with existing members• Monitor and review written materials disseminated by the Chamber and identify critical pieces of communications for our corporate members and prospects• Produce weekly fundraising status reports • Maintain the National Account Corporate Database

· Managed Independent Expenditure (IE) campaigns; Nevada totaling $7.5 million in expenditures · Worked with vendors in producing 16 television and radio ads in Hawaii by reading survey field research to create ad concepts, targeted messaging and effective scripts · Lead vendor teams for each state which included, pollsters, media buyers, creative, research and direct mail vendors · Executed a successful $800k direct mail program in Nevada by targeting specific voter demographics statewide · Worked with finance counterpart to implement and reach state specific fundraising goals

· Developed and oversaw implementation of the County Party's political program including a two year plan for GOTV · Precinct Committee Officer recruitment and other grassroots efforts in the 14th largest county in the nation, encompassing over 1 million voters · Directed the County Party's comprehensive finance and fundraising program including donor programs, finance committees, fundraising events, direct mail and internet web appeal · Planned and executed events such as forums, fundraisers and Precinct Committee Officer trainings
