At Educo Gym it is my responsibility to ensure that a 7 star service is provided to each client and maintained throughout the gym. I run the gym on a daily basis with the manager, as well as training a large number of clients a day. Duties & Responsibilities;• Opening and closing the gym• Training clients in an effective and efficient manner• Ensuring sales targets are met weekly • Tracking KPIs • Acquiring and retaining clients through differentiated prospective streams • Track and monitor progress of 180 clients to ensure results are being achieved • Assessing staff’s KPIs and ensuring all targets are set in a fair manner• Monitoring the health and safety in the gym at all times
