A master electrician turned Resident Manager. In 2011 I took my previous knowledge of construction & construction management and applied for a job as a building handyman. Over the course of the next 4 1/2 years, I gained new knowledge in high-rise building operations. My previous experience enabled me to learn quickly and implement my newly acquired skills.In 2016, I was offered the Resident Manager job at The Siena Condominium. Having been the handyman for the years previous, the transition was seamless. Over the course of my first 2 years, I had multiple large building projects to oversee. These included an elevator modernization, a large Local Law 11 project, a building-wide renovation of the common hallways, gym, and playroom.
