Customer Support Engineer
CurrentAs a Customer Support Engineer, I am the primary contact for customer support before involving DevOps and Developers by providing comprehensive assistance through tickets, email, and screen shares. I troubleshoot Concord’s Cloud based applications that support intake and referral management for Health Care. I provision accounts, and meticulously track and document bugs. I also escalate issues for timely resolution, utilize MongoDB for efficiency, and offer innovative cloud-based workflow solutions. My role includes ensuring smooth operations of Concord's cloud platforms, seamless onboarding of new accounts, and maintaining a secure environment through regular training. I collaborate closely with internal teams and stay updated on application features to deliver exceptional support.
