All records successfully recovered.Technical Expertise•Institution’s Subject Matter Expert for OnBase imaging repository. Clean and validate data from previous repository for inclusion in OnBase. Identify issues and approaches to solutions during this process to be executed by the conversion team.•Develop strategies for the efficient imaging of paper-based commercial loan files. Perform go-forward imaging and verification of new commercial and consumer loan origination files.•Develop templates utilized by company to prepare and transmit records storage requests to third party records management company.•Learn hardware and software, provide training to others.•Work with facilities and management to plan space needs for personnel, equipment, records, and electronic resources.•Diagnose, repair, and upgrade computers, set up networking and equipment.
