I have managed to fulfill my goal and surpassed further than I had thought would be possible. I have my A.A. in Education, my B.A. in Intelligence, and I’m currently working on a Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership with my sights set on completing my Master of Science (M.S.) in Project Management prior to leaving my service to Country.I am looking to transition from government employment in early 2025. In the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of multiple command and control positions along with team leading developments and training. I have a passion for learning and passing knowledge in the form of teaching, coaching, and mentoring my personnel to surpass their own expectations!>2022-Present: CHIEF OF OPERATIONS AND TRAINING with 8 managers from 4 organizations that support 32 companies, providing services for approximately 1,400 personnel. My role in this position is to provide leaders a dynamic group supporting all operational and training requirements, provide interpretation of policy memorandums, and establish policy and regulatory guidelines.>2019-2022: CHIEF OF HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS with direct supervision of 16 human resources specialists that spanned the footprints between Kansas and Missouri. In this position I was the chief advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, the Adjutant, and other staff members on all matters relating to personnel administration and operating procedures to include personnel status reports, evaluations processes and completion ratings, admission of new personnel and exit interviews of personnel leaving.>2016-2019: CHIEF INSTRUCTOR OF OPERATIONS with 4 Managers and 42 Instructors in the fields of transportation, medical and logistical training, and food services accreditation. This position prepared me with the ability to anticipate and recommend solutions for the readiness, training management, supply chain movement, maintenance scheduling, administrative functions and providing for the welfare of personnel and capabilities.>2012-2016: RECRUITING GENERAL MANAGER with oversight of 3 Area Supervisors and 32 personnel recruiting specialist, spanning over 41,000 square miles.
