I transferred over to Sales and Guest services in November which my job role now consists of dealing with complaints, finding the best resolutions for the issues, and solving them quickly and being there for the guests during their time of need no matter the query/issue. My role also consists of booking them onto shows, activities and taking payments for any additional payments for upgrades if required, or change of holiday package.

My role requires good communication skills and excellent customer service experience, to enable myself to be the ultimate holiday hosts for guests. Whilst in my red coat, I was always guest facing assisting shows, dealing with queries, and hosting photo shoots plus meet & greets.

My role was to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. My main duties within the store were to stock, maintain and sell various products to suit the induvial needs. I provide every customer with impeccable customer service to ensure that their journey throughout the store is memorable and one which will make them revisit.

Meet and Greet the party guests and parents upon arrival, to then lead them to the party zone, where its then my responsibility to ensure I have written down all names, D.O.B and shoes sizes of the party guests. Also whilst waiting for the brief I need to ensure the waiver is filled out correctly, all party guests participating within the party have been given wristbands and socks, and are ready to watch the health and safety video before their hour bounce. The role of being a party hostess I was responsible for preparing the lanes and party areas ahead of the customers arrival, so time keeping was a huge part of my role. Customer satisfaction was a huge part of my role, so meeting expectations was vital. Whilst I was a receptionist, good communication and presenting the venue in a respectable manner was crucial.
