Incight, a non-profit organization in Portland, served Oregonians with disabilities through employment, education and adaptive recreation programs. Oversee employment program team dedicated to serving job seekers with disabilities. Program and event management, including event, workshop and training design and delivery. Cultivate key partnerships with employers around the state, recruit and manage volunteers. Oversee all business operations, guide program policies and procedures, analyze statistics and data, evaluate effectiveness, recommend and implement steps for improvement. Develop and manage budget, submit grant proposals, monitor and track expenses. Responsible for new employee recruitment, training, staff development, evaluation and retention.

I took a planned leave from my career. During this time, I engaged in contract work and volunteer opportunities. Select Highlights:• Founding Program Coordinator of Fork It Over, a 100% volunteer-run program launched within the Beaverton school district. The program formed in order to capture excess food and transfer it to community food banks for distribution to local families in need. • Administrative Assistant to Director of Engineering• Volunteer in Beaverton school district: event management, volunteer coordinator, fundraising chair, library, math, reading, art literacy and physical education support.

Trainer (1999), account development (2000), regional trainer (2000), regional training manager (2002). Direct internal and external training program throughout a 21+ state region. Support a team of 23 - 27 staff to ensure standardized, effective training of customers on new technology. Responsible for the operation of two regional training centers, including costs and customer utilization.
