• Responsible for the programming, planning, and procurement of all government furnished material (GFM) requirements for the Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI) Integrated Program Management Office located at MCAS Iwakuni, Japan. • Coordinated and selected interior finish palettes for all DPRI projects by working with Government of Japan (GOJ) contractors, Japan Engineer District Army Corps of Engineers, MCAS Iwakuni Facilities Department, Marine Corps Property, and DPRI Project Managers. • Researched technical GFM specifications by reviewing technical criteria packages and design drawings, gathering catalog cut sheets, cost estimates, and possible sources of supply. • Responsible for GFM from initial research until the receipt of the material aboard MCAS Iwakuni. This included coordination with MCAS Iwakuni Logistics Department to allocate sufficient warehouse space to hold material until delivery to the GOJ Contractor. • Responsible for completing procurement packages that were utilized by the United States Government (USG) to execute purchase requests (PR’s) via the PR Builder system or with other supply sources such as Prime Vendor contracts. • Developed a Fiscal Year Development Plan for procurement and ensured that PR’s and requisitions were being processed at the proper time to align with facility construction. • Participated in on-board reviews and program Operational Planning Team meetings for developing design drawings and capturing requirements for GFM and creating operational plans and concepts associated with GFM.• Developed, reviewed, and recommended changes to the base facility requirements associated with Category A (USG Furnished/USG Installed), Category B (USG Furnished/GOJ Installed), and Category C (GOJ Furnished/GOJ Installed) equipment classifications in DPRI. • Negotiated with consulting agencies and held discussions with the users to establish Category A, B and C requirements.

• Responsible for the coordination and documentation of large Initial Outfitting packages up to 81,000SF. • Determined best value of furniture bid packages and negotiated pricing with dealerships and vendors.• Space planning of furniture and medical equipment.• Developed Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) and Structural Interior Design (SID) packages for the Government that included the inventory and reuse of existing furniture.

Designed and documented the redesign of club spaces at Citi Field, New York Mets Stadium, as well as specified and coordinated furniture for the entire stadium.
