This included coordination with MCAS Iwakuni Logistics Department to allocate sufficient warehouse space to hold material until delivery to the GOJ Contractor. • Responsible for completing procurement packages that were utilized by the United States Government (USG) to execute purchase requests (PR’s) via the PR Builder system or with other supply sources such as Prime Vendor contracts. • Developed a Fiscal Year Development Plan for procurement and ensured that PR’s and requisitions were being processed at the proper time to align with facility construction. • Participated in on-board reviews and program Operational Planning Team meetings for developing design drawings and capturing requirements for GFM and creating operational plans and concepts associated with GFM.• Developed, reviewed, and recommended changes to the base facility requirements associated with Category A (USG Furnished/USG Installed), Category B (USG Furnished/GOJ Installed), and Category C (GOJ Furnished/GOJ Installed) equipment classifications in DPRI. • Negotiated with consulting agencies and held discussions with the users to establish Category A, B and C requirements. -
