• Served as an 21c OKC Museum Hotel, On Site Representative to assist in the redevelopment of the historic Fred Jones Building into a 21c Museum Hotel. As the On-Site Owner’s Representative I have assisted with daily monitoring of construction progress, attendance of on-site design and construction meetings, weekly report preparation, review of pay applications and change order requests, punch list coordination, FFE/OSE delivery and as required to assist the Project Team. • I am experienced in working with various general contractors on small and large construction projects, public bid projects, negotiated bid projects and projects that were both in state and out of state. I have assisted clients in obtaining construction bids, selecting contractors and negotiating construction contracts. I have issued addendums, responded to contractor RFI’s, edited and issued field sketches during the bidding process. I have evaluated and processed RFI’s, submittals and field reports during the construction phase.• I have provided coordination and management of construction administration team personnel through project completion. I have scheduled and fully participated in consultant and client meetings during the construction project. I have coordinated with the contractor and team personnel on record electronic drawings (as builts) for project closeout submittal to local and federal government entities. • I have approved payment applications, change orders and provided punchlist and closeout documents for project completion. Collaborated with contractors to ensure construction document specification adherence.
