Main responsibilities: o Setting up, implementing and coordinating a new social media strategy. o Strengthening the current digital marketing strategy, formulation and agreement of globally aligned KPIs.o Launching a marketing pilot in one of the local countries and based on this create a playbook to replicate the activities in other countries. o Building a business case on digital marketing for the entire organization.PMO for a large digital transformation program aimed at setting up a global e-commerce platform (70+ countries). Responsible for:o Setting up (management) dashboards, preparing weekly and steering group reports, stakeholder management, end-to-end planning (prioritization, tracking), risk management and continuous improvement sessions. o Supporting the development and coordination of the training program in the APAC region to ensure that the local organizations were ready for using the new customer portal.
