Responsible for professional facilitation and project management expertise within the Powertrain/Advanced Quality Planning Department. Facilitated and coordinated the development of a process which organized cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer identified powertrain concerns. Provided facilitation services which utilized various brainstorming techniques and training received through the Core Course of the Learning Organization with Peter Senge.

Led the Planning for Quality (PFQ) Process for all Light Truck Forward Model Programs. Developed and managed the Powertrain Reliability and Mission 2000 Process to improve the quality of the 1999 Expedition. This customer focused, fact based, predictive process was recognized as a best practice process and was instituted across multiple Powertrain Quality Programs.

Developed, maintained and updated the extended warranty databases for Things Gone Wrong/Things Gone Right (TGW/TGRs). Developed a forecasting and training package which was used to train new employees coming into the Warranty Forecasting Department. Developed a reporting process to track and report the Top 50 Warranty Concerns to senior management.
