An integral of the IT team, responsible for a range of database activities and IT support related tasks, including:• analyze, develop, and oversee data management, data processing, and systems that promote strategic organizational goals and ensure a culture of data health• configure and manage all aspects of the school’s student information system and student health record system• develop data integrity maintenance procedures and put them into operation• plan, schedule, and execute reports and queries that meet department specifications• develop and create training materials for software implementation, onboarding new hires, and for responding to daily troubleshooting questions• provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems• collaborate with departments in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
