Partial Duties of the Director:1. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations.2. Coordinate and oversee UALR Benton Budget, including:a. Purchase Request approval/disapprovalb. Budget Transfers3. Supervise four (4) full-time staff:4. Supervise six (6) extra labor support staff5. Remove and Replace support staff as needed or appropriate.6. Advertise, interview, and hire additional support staff as needs arise.7. Conduct weekly staff meeting with Academic Advisor and Staff for distribution of information/projects. 8. Coordinate and work with department chairs for the offering of courses at UALR Benton9. Coordinate and assist department chairs with the assignment and/or hiring of instructors per semester.10. Coordinate and assist five (5) full-time instructors11. Coordinate and assist adjunct faculty (28-32 per semester) as needs arise12. Coordinate and lead staff meetings13. Coordinate production and updating of UALR Benton Policy and Procedure Manuals14. Coordinate and implement building/grounds repair, updating, and construction projects15. Coordinate and provide information concerning UALR Benton to UALR Provost concerning progress or issues concerning the four-year degree.16. Provide information to UALR Provost concerning any/all issues that arise at UALR Benton.17. Coordinate with UALR Campus Life for Orientation sessions at UALR Benton.18. Coordinate with all administration departments of UALR to provide consistent services and information19. Attend and assist UALR Benton Center Advisory Board and UALR Benton Center Fund Raising Committee meetings.20. Attend/participate in UALR Benton Center Fund Raising events.
