Duties Included: Train new employees, provide production numbers to management, work escalated files within the pipeline, address employees on performance issues, research new processes that are coming out to ensure the team is prepared and understand the change, worked with the National Recording Desk on rejections and assist in correcting, assist as a notary on documents being able to be completed in house, perform audits on employees to ensure processes and procedures are being followed, take incoming phone calls from borrowers and lenders, prepared Standard Operating Procedures for the Prefunding Department, send out directional emails to the team, work with other teams to come up with what would be the best practices with procedures that are coming out, take incoming calls from borrowers/lender.

Processed changes on the borrowers home and auto policies. Took incoming phone calls to assist them with any questions or concerns that they had.

Duties Included: Taking incoming phones call to make changes to the clients homeowners or automobile policies, assist other team members in making changes in the system for the requests they were receiving, trained newer employees.
