About Kim Kaplan
With more than fifteen years of experience in the broadcasting industry as an afternoon and morning radio personality, seven years as a manufacturer for my own product which I designed and marketed, and the last twenty years as creative director for Kim Kaplan Productions, I have worked with businesses and non profit organizations in many different capacities. As a product endorser, commercial copywriter, video director, audio producer and consultant, as well as making hundreds of personal appearances for companies and organizations, promoting their businesses, products and services.My company, Kim Kaplan Productions, continues to be a reliable source for clients, providing consulting and creative services to professional voiceover and audio and video production. My skills and experience in all things media, marketing and creative services, led me back to radio where I continued my love for broadcasting, serving as the Production Manager for Entercom Sacramento (Currently Audacy Inc.) for two and a half years. I moved out of production management into a more creative, client facing role as Client Creative Strategist-Producer, helping to assist clients in using their creative effectively, giving them bigger opportunities to succeed with their audio advertising, as well as working closely with clients on their podcast development and production. In 2022, I accepted a position at iHeart Media as a Creative Audio Designer and continue to work with the national team in voiceover and production for all of their audio, digital and podcasting products. My love of writing has led me to working on a couple of film scripts, and I am currently involved in co-writing a script for an upcoming feature film. Voiceover is where I started over twenty years ago, providing professional voiceover services to small and large businesses on a local, regional and national level. Check out my demos below!
