Man Yue Technology ’s core business is the manufacture and sale of high technology electronic components, including Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors (“E-Caps”), Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors (“Polymer Caps”) and other innovative electronic components ( EDLC /Module /LIC ). Work with Business Unit Sales /Marketing Manager to develop new product  Report to GM and Assist GM to in charge of whole Manufacturing Department for 5 production plant in Dong Guan Chang An /Wu Xi /Jing Xi ,to improves shop floor productivity and drives controllable spending reduction ( $15M Cost down target per month for all factory ) As a key members of top management to manages machine, gauging, tooling and equipment procurement process including: quoting, supplier selection, machine specification, run-off, installation, training and launch  Full responsibility for overseeing all aspect of New Energy Product BU ( Ultracapacitor Product /LIC ) operations and monitoring daily operations of Manufacturing , R&D, Customer Service, Quality  Full responsible for the development of new energy product which applied in areas like wind power /solar power /HEV Bus/Port Crane Energy Regeneration/Engine Starting /Train-Energy-Regeneration. In charge of Factory Engineering Department to responsible for maintenance and repair of building technology (all mechanical and electrical systems as HVAC, air-compressor, processor cooling water, fire fighting system) and keep good communication with local power supply company and EPA as to maintain service of power supply  Power energy consumption calculation and maintenance cost calculation, implement energy saving project to meet cost down target ( $3M / Month) Lead PE/ME/IE Team to follow up and solve process issue during product try run. , to ensure new product into mass production successfuly.

- Leads a team of engineering staff to develop new production process as required by new product introduction or cost down program- Make sure the new product is Design for Manufacturing and use PFMEA to minimize the process potential risk.- To manage and ensure all manufacturing documents are being prepared and update accordinly before line release for manufacturing ( e.g. Process Flow Chart ,PEWI,PMWI,QFD,IPC and etc )- Study , analysis and constantly to improve process efficiency and productivity by using process improvement tools like Genba Kaizen, 6 Sigma (DMAIC),etc- Guide PCBA department process Engineer /Opeation/Equipment maintenance group to support daily operation and contribute to production department .- Established CQI 17 soldering process system for AIAG ( Automotive Industry Action Group )Cost reduction , saving 7 Million per year which successful transfer out-source PCBA /Choke Coil project to in- house manufacturing .

 Overall in charge for SMT/ AI / MI / Wave Soldering operation in term of process & equipment maintenance Responsible for SMT /PCBA plant setup for new factory in Chang An, new line installation ,debugging, Test run and documentation for new expansion line.  Responsible for 4 production workshops (SMT/AI/MI/Wave )with workforce around 500 people. Responsible for in –house machine development and to coordinate new machine development by supplier. Assist in the implementation of ERP projects. The project is for the SAP ERP system, including production, materials management. Leading the process Technical Engineer team, to setting DPMO target, coordinate relation department, solving important issue. (manage the project by PDCA rule, finding TOP5 issue by 80/20 theorem and SPC, digging root cause by 5M method and fishbones drawing, solving issues by 5W2H rule) Establish effective preventive maintenance policy to ensure all equipment are under good condition Lead a team of Engineers to establish ,implement and maintain autoline equipment of production. Establish training program for subordinate in order to maintain the technical competency Optimize process flow for each model and documented in Work Instruction Provide DFM report including SMT /Wave process to Project Team during new model start up  Design and fabricate stencil/ carrier fixture for new model Experienced in Medical Product manufacturing and Lighting project (Philips, OSRAM ,CREE )

 Lead SMT, Hot Bar ( ACF) ,rework centre & Assembly line , with 3 supervisors running in 2 rotating shift, drive towards to meet customer and management expectation such as higher output with excellent quality, lower scrap cost, fast manufacturing cycle time and etc Improve AI/SMT machine utilization via machine re-layout and re-programming Coordinate in new machine set-up Coordinate in inter-plant machine transfer Continuous improvement through Plan-Do-Check-Action Cycle Implementation of 5S concept to ensure housekeeping in tip-top condition at all time To determine manufacturing PCBA on Quality Control Processes such as SPC and TQC and process window run for new product start-up and new technology in place.  Minimize machine downtime by increasing machine utilization factor and responsible for the benchmarking of equipment for technology advancement like CSP, Flip Chip On Glass, COB, Fine Pitch, Odd Shape Components, Flip Chip On Flexible, LGA, AOI . Experienced in some largest customer Manufacturing process. ( SONY, Toshiba, IBM, Apple, touch pad product ) Achievements: Further reduced scrap cost by introducing new rework method and high value material recycling process  Successfully set-up new Plant in Jiangemen of China on COB, 10 SMT lines ( FUJI NXT ,Yamaha) & Assembly production  Successfully introduced paste-in-hole, lead free process , Vitronic selective soldering process , Ailgent 3070 ICT process , AOI technology , underfill for CSP component , Chip On Board process.  Successfully setup new line for Apple product manufacturing process ( Ipod touch pad )
