I'm routinely involved in providing costs, managing, training and conducting Environmental Impact Studies, Natural Heritage Studies, Species at Risk surveys, Benthic Studies, Environmental Assessments, Sub-Watershed Impact Studies and Fisheries Habitat Assessments. Within these projects I am responsible for scheduling, field activities, reporting and review and management of junior staff, interpretation of results as well as the determination of buffers/setbacks, mitigation, monitoring and restoration recommendations. I participate in proposal writing, project budgeting and provide technical support in the peer review of Ecological Risk Assessments for regulatory agencies and private sector clients. I have assisted on phytoremediation services and treatment wetland design and construction. I am the lead for MTE's benthic services which include both collection and laboratory identification. I am also involved with Phase I/One and II/Two ESAs, groundwater and soil sampling and technical support for the Environmental and Risk Assessment divisions.
