Ensure the delivery of quality service to consumers in residential programs, including consumer advocacy and advancement of community living skills. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of all program plan developments to address the residential and day program needs of consumers, ensuring the protection of consumer rights.Establish and ensure the implementation of program policies and procedures.Oversee and recommend hiring/firing, promotions/demotions, and assignment of duties to all staff in the residential programs supervised.Ensures program coverage and maintenance of staffing pattern as outlined in program contracts and in accordance with program needs.Ensures the completion of job performance evaluations of all staff, as well as provide and monitor documented supervision.Oversees plant maintenance and ensure facility compliance with regulations and all standards related to safety.Identifies staff training needs and coordinate same.Monitors collection and analysis of data related to behavior plans as directed by clinical consultant.Work closely with Behavioral Consultant to create and revise programs and behavior plans as needed.Provide training to managers and support staff regarding treatment plan formulation and documentation.Responsible for continuous reviews pertaining to consumers and family satisfaction.Teach three different classes that are requirements for newly hired staff.

Identify needs of seniors in the Town of Plymouth. Educate the community and enlist support and participation of seniors about their needs. Implement services. Work under guidelines from Executive Office of Elder Affairs, State and Federal.Write Grants. Manage seven employees and over 200 volunteers at the Council on Aging. Attend and participate in town meetings involving the Council on Aging. Collaborate with other Directors of Elder Affairs. Implement policy and procedures. Work closely with the Council on Aging Advisory Board.

Manage a caseload of 100 frail, low income, elderly clients. Assess clients physical/medical, social, psychological and financial status. Monitor client’s status, service delivery, crisis management and need for change in services. Conduct bi-annual or quarterly visits to clients. Work closely with vendors, community resources and family members of clients. Train and mentor new and ongoing case managers including management of seven case workers. Assist Team Managers with implementation of new programs and policies. Conduct bi-monthly cube meetings. Work with Policy and Procedure committee and the Vendor committee.
