Led Manulife Canada Senior Leadership Team (SLT) engagement program, collaborating closely with Head of Canada Strategy & Transformation, Head of Canada HR, and other senior-level colleagues.Supported both Strategy & Transformation, and CEO communications programs, delivering stories focused on our people, customers, and strategic progress; tactics included email updates, town halls, quarterly reports, videos, bi-weekly newsletter, and refreshed strategy-on-a- page developed using human centered design principles. Led holistic communications program for Head of Group Benefits, ensuring all messaging aligned with Manulife Canada’s strategic messaging and engages colleagues in our mission and purpose.Managed Group Benefits and Group Retirement Solutions Communications team from September 2019 to February 2021; led 2 communicators, ensuring cohesive, strategic messaging between our Group businesses, and supporting development opportunities for team.Led award-nominated Demystifying Manulife educational program for colleagues across Canada; tactics included creating annual strategy for the program, video concepts and scripts for senior leaders, fact sheets about our various lines of business, and promotional communications.

Led marketing and communications strategy for Manulife Canada’s largest digital transformation project (GB NOW).Developed and executed marketing strategies for various Group Benefits campaigns.

Developed strategic communication strategies and materials for both internal and external audiences; major projects included Upgrade Program – where Manulife moved Group Benefits clients from legacy systems to go-forward platform – and working directly with large Group Benefits flex clients to create custom benefits materials for their employees.

Taught English to students ranging in age from 4 years-old to 21 years-old; tactics included developing lesson plans and worked with co-teachers to discuss student progress with parents and training new teachers.
