Anticipate and resolve problems encountered in the field to eliminate costly rework or retesting• Maintain compliance with the safety-assurance plan so that work is accomplished in an environmentally sound manner using safe work practices.• Conduct safety observations and conversations (SOCs) to help achieve a zero-incident culture.• Ensure that all work files, documentation, and databases are properly completed, populated, and archived prior to close-out of operations activities.

ARC Abatement Holding, Inc., a leading provider of environmental and contracting services, announced that it has acquired Midland-based C & C Coating and Construction, Inc., merged with its service line ARC Oil and Gas Services, and will operate as C &C Coating and Construction to offer more robust oilfield service lines. The newly formed C & C Coating and Construction will be based in Midland, Texas and employ approximately 60 people. The company is currently hiring RSOs', project managers, superintendents, roustabouts, operators, CDL drivers, blasters and painters, and sales and marketing team members. ARC Oil and Gas Services' Kim Merrill will become the Vice President of C & C Coating and Construction, Alan Talley has been named the General Manger.Before the merger, C & C Coating and Construction offered roustabout services including sandblasting, painting, location and road building, equipment setting, interconnecting piping, and other oilfield maintenance services. ARC Oil and Gas Services provided turnkey solutions for environmental restorations including NORM remediation, asbestos abatement, and demolition.
