•Prepare IGS students for transition to life and work in Canada through one-on-one planning sessions, needs assessments, resume development, job search training, industry and community engagement/networking events, and ongoing labour market research•Develop, organize, and deliver career-focused events and workshops which support IGS students’ career goals and development•Provide advice and access to career development resources for students completing their programs who are seeking employment opportunities•Support IGS students with Work Integrated Learning preparation through coaching, guidance, and referrals as needed
