I have worked with families and children for 25 years in child welfare and behavioral health. Frequently in grant funded programs requiring development of new services with outcome data supporting efficacy of the approach. I enjoy leading teams toward a common goal and feel it's very important to support the growth of those you supervise. I also thoroughly enjoy facilitating groups of all kinds while reviewing the evaluations and making necessary adjustments to improve the experience of the participant and their retention of the information presented.I work at a community behavioral health center and I serve as a Children’s Therapist and the Director of Children’s Services leading the Regional Youth Service Center, Children's Mobile Crisis Response (CMCR) Team, Wraparound, Expanded School Mental Health, and First Episode Psychosis programs. Our CMCR program was a pilot that is very successful and is now being implemented statewide; a proud accomplishment and much needed in the children's service array.
