Responsible for Delivering Quality Energy Projects On Budget and On Time Work with the Energy Development Team to ensure client expectations are understood and met during contracting. Coordinate with the Energy Development Team to ensure effective coordination and hand of pre-construction activities are accomplished prior to project build.Oversee projects and coordinate with customers and the construction team to resolve issues as needed. Maintain quality service by ensuring the construction team follows industry best practices and contract requirements. Identify and manage project dependencies, interdependencies with other projects, and critical path items including workforce scheduling, equipment allocation and external requirements. Incorporate effective change and risk management controls. Identify and implement strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction to the operations team to implement. Foster a positive environment including open, honest communication, and a clear path to escalate risks and issues. Manage and develop strong project teams. Evaluate new technologies to support improvements in development and construction. Monitor project progress, finance results, project quality and safety. Meet with clients, stakeholders, and project team to report on project process and metrics as needed.
