    In my role as Transition Manager, I established a process and a team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.     During my time at Partnership, I worked in three different teams; new business, specialist case, and bulk annuity. All the roles were service focussed, and involved query resolution and problem solving, as well as supervisory duties. In the most recent role, I maintained oversight of the transfer of bulk annuity schemes from initial enquiry through to implementation. This was achieved through pro-active communication with all stakeholders, and detailed planning and coordination, along with regular reviews against milestones and the use of reporting tools. In addition, I oversaw the department’s adherence to compliance procedures, including creating and implementing compliance policies in relation to bulk annuities across all the affected teams within the business. As bulk annuities were a relatively new area of the business, processes were constantly developing. Consequently, I documented these processes as they developed, and identified areas for improvement. As such, I was responsible for co-ordinating reviews, creating process flows, and improving communications, to enhance customer experience and reduce risk. Prior to the bulk annuity role, I worked in the Specialist Case Team. Within this role, I completed administration in respect of technical queries and products, such as bulk annuities, GMP, Long Term Care, Defined Benefit, and Pension Sharing Orders.
