Overlapping roles with longest tenure leader of a 130-person IT organization; six direct reports, with responsibility for an operating budget of $30M and $5M capital investment portfolio. Member of Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the President. Committee Chair with enterprise oversight for quality, contract, and financial performance of key non-clinical vendors. Led enterprise project management and governance, as well as all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation, and support. Additionally assumed role of health plan COO with a staff of 70, leading functions including operational improvement, claims, COB, TPL, and administrative appeal functions. From 2019-2022 simultaneously served as Associate CIO for BMCHS with system responsibilities for administrative applications.Drove technology solutions to continually accelerate revenue and business growth through diversification into new markets including NH Medicaid Managed Care and MA Care Plus (2013); NH Medicaid Expansion (2014); Senior Care Options (2016); MA Medicaid transformation to Accountable Care (2018); Medicare Advantage in NH (2022).
