Leading multiple projects for new business development across the electronics, semiconductor, feed, food and animal care markets. This effort consists of leading innovation, identifying market needs and leading teams through innovation assessment to implementation. Accountable for the develop of new marketers as well as those working in the innovation discipline through coaching and facilitating marketing training.Currently lead an employee resource group for experienced workers. Sit on the Texas Operations Site Diversity and Leadership Team.Served on the Board of Directors of the SPCA of Brazoria County 2017-2018 and currently serving on the Board of Directors for Lucy Pet Foundation.

Responsible for overall management of plant product quality including current Good Manufacturing Practices and food/pharma certifications. Implemented HACCP plan for food and pharma excipients. Accountable for customer audits and resolution of quality incidents.

Taught physical science, chemistry I and II, algebra, and physics to high school students incorporating my manufacturing and marketing background to make science relevant to my students.

Responsible for Technical Sales and Development as well as introducing new products to market.Received numerous awards and recognitions for quality and sales, including the NASA Supplier Award for involvement with the space program. Was presented by the astronauts of the STS-92 Atlantis mission an American flag flown in the International Space Station on my behalf.
