Responsible for the Global Mobility policy, operations and team management across the Macquarie Group throughout ANZ, Asia, EMEA and the Americas. This included ensuring alignment of the Global Mobility policy to the Macquarie Group Strategy and key pillars of operations. Providing the highest quality support to employees relocating internationally and to my team and stakeholders across the organisation. Driving strategic and operational process and policy improvement. Continually strengthening the alignment between Global Mobility and Employment Tax, remaining abreast of legislative changes. Managing vendor relationships for global expatriate tax services and relocation services including being a key stakeholder for global immigration and health provider vendor relationships.

Responsible for the Operations and Benefits Teams within the Australia and New Zealand region. Maintained responsibility for the Global Mobility Team.This included vendor manager for Macquarie's Australian Superannuation Administrator and managing the Committee Meetings and key stakeholders.Responsible for employee and key stakeholder communication relating to enhancing the Superannuation Plan profile, communicating legislative/company policy changes across Superannuation and ANZ BenefitsFull review of all ANZ Benefits resulting in Parental Policy enhancements. Management and oversight to operationalise and communicate these changes, including system configuration input.Drive benefit provision policy sessions with key stakeholders to learn the objectives and strategize direction of each of the individual operating Groups.Overview of Salary Packaging and Profit Share Operations teams ensuing seamless delivery of bonus payments at year end and the end to end project management cycle.

Responsible for a large portfolio of key accounts within diverse industries including mining, telecommunications, automotive and professional services.This included end to end management of global mobility across a vast range of international locations including Africa, Sweden, Japan, Australia, UK, USA.A key project manager for the onboarding, policy review, implementation and roll out for a large mining organisation operating globally and headquartered in Australia.Management of a variety of policies including tax equalisation, tax protection and host local remuneration.Implementation, review and continuous consideration for expatriate benefits and policies.Cost projections and payroll calculations, reporting, stakeholder management, communications.
