Responsible for managing the team delivering Works Procurement, Purchasing, Fleet and Accommodation Management, Reception and Finance administration services to the department.

Review and development of Financial Services and Asset Management's Business Processes to support the TechnologyOne finance solution after roll out from Shared Services.Development and implementation of Accounts Payable end to end business process, associated procedures, forms and staff communication.

Records Decommissioining Project:- Developed and Implemented Business Test Strategy for the Records Extraction Framework which extracts agency related records from Oracle eBusiness Suite.- Build relationships with key stakeholders such as State Records Office- Develop Adhoc Retention and Disposal Plan for Shared Services Decommissioning- Develop processes to ensure all agency related records are returned securely to Shared Services agencies as they decommission in accordance with State Records Act 2000
