I am a dedicated and hardworking Senior Client Onboarding Manager with almost five years of experience at EyeCarePro Inc. I proudly took the lead in establishing the Onboarding position at EyeCarePro, collaborating with various teams, including sales, dev, production, SEO, social media, and marketing. Together, we identified the critical areas where clients may need assistance, developing effective solutions, training programs, and support mechanisms.
