Kimberly McCall started in home renovations and repositioning that embodied the commitment to good works found in Proverbs 16:3. She has an extensive background in project planning, acquisitions, and asset management with a passion for mentoring newer real estate investors, assisting them in navigating the nuances of the business. Raised in Washington state, Kimberly’s heart for her native community is part her core business approach coupled with honesty and integrity. She is a problem solver with the ability to assess any situation, identify opportunities, and implement the appropriate action quickly and accurately. Kimberly strives not only to be a success but to provide value, channeling her talents in the renovation of over $2mm in single family homes. Aligned with some of the most experienced and established investors/operators in the commercial real estate industry, Kimberly has pivoted into the multifamily space and founded Multifamily Value Partners. Broadening both her education and network, she currently has over 11MM assets under management. While Kimberly is not searching for properties or managing the finances of an asset, she enjoys time with her husband David and their five children. They enjoy traveling across the country and creating experiences as a family. In addition, operating their hobby farm provides not just an opportunity to spend time with one another, but also builds on the family’s beliefs of mindset, growth, and collaboration by teaching their children lifelong lessons in hard work and responsibility.
