What usually gets in the way of that is brought to their awareness through our coaching conversations. Coaching provides a space for my clients to talk through current issues, perceptions, and feelings, articulate what matters most, envision their ideal life and ideal self, and discern their path forward from here. Since 2003, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, primarily women experiencing a transitional phase in their lives, or who have wanted support in their professional development. Helped clients gain clarity of their values, make difficult decisions, prioritize and set goals, and provide accountability support as they move forward with their plans. I’m also passionate about supporting newer coaches and coaches in training by serving as a registered Mentor Coach with ICF. The majority of my mentor coaching clients are seasoned professionals who appreciate my ability to mentor them in mastering their ability to shift from a managerial or advisor mindset to a coaching mindset when coaching their clients or employees.
