Would work at multiple locations in one day bringing a bag of uniforms never knowing where I would end up. Helped open Jason Aldeans where I worked full time until I went to help open Luke’s 32 Bridge and ended up staying as my main job while still working part time at Tequila Cowboy, CrazyTown and Sun Diner. Gained higher knowledge within the restaurant industry on every level. - Kept track of bar inventory and ordered spirits, wine, and beer. Promoted specials including slow moving product to mobilize and diversify our bar offerings. -Managed scheduling for the front-of-house and management to most efficiently use labor while keeping costs at a minimum. - Assisted with live performers on weekends, including set up, sound, pay, and promotion. - Provided comprehensive training for all incoming bartenders and servers to integrate most effectively into the already seasoned staff. - Was in charge of hiring new wait staff, bartenders, and hostesses from a large pool of applicants. - Handled customer service concerns from patrons. Was empowered with the ability to assist customers concerns directly and took action to correct any issues that may arise.
