Awarded Scottish Store Manager of the Year 2011.Awarded Company Store Manager of the Year 2013.During my career as a Store Manager at Dreams I ran one of Scotlands highest turnover stores and was always focused on delivering the highest level of customer service whilst delivering consistent results. My Retail Management role involved: - Driving store sales in order to achieve full sales target along side driving KPI sales/penetration. - The training and development of all branch staff - Conducting effective weekly/monthly performance management reviews with staff. - Delivering and managing exceptional customer service standards and maintaining high store display standards. - Store stock control and health and safety within the branch.One of the most important parts of my role was to improve & ensure that we always delivered the very highest level of customer service whilst helping the customer have a memorable experience in our store.Over the years I used feedback from Retail Eyes & SMG to analyse the way our customers liked to shop. This also gave a great insight into the way that they like to be treated & their service expectations. All of which added to my wealth of retail & customer service experience.
