As a production assistant, I am directly involved in the production process. Some of my responsibilities include: - Preparation of materials including, cutting, priming and custom color paint mixing. - Implementing an organizational system for painting process and materials and using various painting techniques to efficiently paint any image from graphic to figurative- Keeping track of inventory and studio deliveries- Organizing financial budget for materials- Organizing and facilitating public "paint day" workshops to build community engagement.
