About Kimberly Bradshaw

I am the Human Resources Director at Disability Policy Consortium (DPC), a non-profit organization that empowers people with disabilities and promotes social justice. I have been in this role since March 2020, and I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including strategic planning, policy development, benefits administration, coaching, recruiting and retention, conflict resolution, leave administration, legal compliance and workplace wellness.With over 20 years of experience in non-profit and for-profit sectors, I have developed a strong expertise in employee relations, transition and change management, and diversity and inclusion. I enjoy creating an environment that fosters productivity, engagement, and well-being for both employees and employers.
